"You can get better prints by using non-original
ink cartridges and papers, and make huge savings. Printer
manufacturers often give ominous-sounding warnings about compatibles,
but don't be afraid to try them."
Can using compatible or re-manufactured inkjet cartridges
damage my printer?
No, we only supply the highest quality print cartridges available.
All our replacement imaging products have been manufactured
or re-manufactured using "State of the Art" technology
with the highest quality inks to ensure complete compatibility
to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) products.
Will the quality of print be equivalent to that of
the O.E.M'S?
Yes, you can be certain that your prints will be at least equivalent
to that of the oem. (Please note that the best results will
be obtained when our inkjet cartridges are used in conjunction
with our specialist range of paper).
Will the print life be as long as that of the OEM'S?
Yes, in some cases the print life of the inkjet cartridge can
be in excess of that of the oem's.
What is the shelf life of an inkjet cartridge?
All our inkjet cartridges have a minimum shelf life of 12 months
when the vacuum bag has remained intact. All cartridges are
dispatched using a stock rotation system ensuring that your
cartridge reaches you almost as soon as it has been manufactured.
Will using a non OEM inkjet cartridge affect my printers
warranty?
No! all our suppliers carry a minimum £1,000,000 product
liability insurance, in the unlikely event of any problem arising.
(Please refer to your manufacturers warranty).
My printer loads several sheets of paper at a time?
Only load the recommended amount of paper and always make sure
that you fan the paper before putting it into the tray. On Epson
printers please make sure that the paper thickness lever on
the right of the machine is set correctly.
I have installed the Ink cartridges but when I print,
the pages come out blank!
Have you removed the tear off strip from the top of the inkjet
cartridge? If yes please perform 2 to 3 cleaning cycles and
then do a print test pattern.
I do not seem to be getting as many prints from my inkjet cartridges
as the brochure suggests!
Most manufactures quote a page yield based on printing at 360
dpi and printing at 5% coverage (an A4 sheet full of text) if
you print any graphics or print at a higher dpi then this will
be reduced.
When I installed my Inkjet cartridges into my Epson
printer it was taking a long time to initialise so I turned
off the printer. I now only get blank prints!
When you install any new inkjet cartridge you must allow the
printer to initialise. This allows ink to pass into the print
head. Try carrying out a number of cleaning cycles.
My print has faint white lines going through it!
Most print heads have a series of tiny holes through which ink
has to pass. Should any of these become blocked you will experience
these faint white lines through you printout. A few cleaning
cycles should clear the problem.
